A native of Aruba, Rudolfo Dirksz understands and breathes the local culture and island life. As a born storyteller and true island ambassador Rudolfo has been sharing his Aruba knowledge with island guests by profession since 2017.
After finishing his education in the Netherlands at the Rotterdam Business School, Rudolfo returned home to Aruba to start his career in tourism. Serving various international hotel brands in Aruba and formerly being employed by the Aruba Tourism Authority, Rudolfo emphasizes blending Aruba’s cultural identity with hospitality branding to enhance both guest appeal and community engagement.
He advocates excellence in service, sustainability, and guest education, while fostering appreciation for the island’s heritage among island guests and locals alike.
