Stacey-Ann Trapenberg author profile

Stacey-Ann Trapenberg

Aruba-born Stacey-Ann Trapenberg is an enthusiastic cultural heritage contributor and interpretive planning associate with experience in research, writing, and community engagement. She focuses on Aruban historical sites and served as the Junior Counterpart of the project to develop an interpretive plan for the Ayo Rock Formation site.

As part of interpretive planning and public education about natural and cultural heritage in Aruba, Stacey studied famous and historic sites containing Amerindian drawings and deeper layers of ancient lifestyle practices that laid the foundations for Aruba's society today.

Her contribution to this project is due to the generous support of the Milton Harms Named Fund at the Culture Fund Dutch Caribbean. To get a better understanding of Stacey's studies, and how her own upbringing as a local island girl in Aruba intertwines with historic sites and cultural heritage, check out the below articles on her Ayo explorations.

We’re just getting started with the amazing effects Aruba has to offer. Dig into your trip details below to unlock a Caribbean experience that will fill you with sunshine and send you home with a happy afterglow that never fades.
