Aruba’s pet-friendly hotels

Visitors traveling to Aruba with their furry companions will find that several hotels welcome pets.

As rules and policies vary from property to property and are often updated, it’s best to confirm your pet’s stay and any restrictions ahead of time. 

 

The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba  

At The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba all well-mannered, healthy dogs weighing 25 pounds (11 kilograms) or less are welcome. No more than one dog may occupy each guest room. There is a $250 USD non-refundable Dog Stay Fee per stay, along with an additional Deep Cleaning Fee based on the room type category ($250 - $400).   

Some of the services and amenities provided are a dedicated Pet Concierge, elevated in-room amenities such as a dog sofa, bowls, treats, disposable waste bags, and size-appropriate dog toys. There is an In Room Dining dog menu, complimentary shaded dog cabanas at the pool and beach area, and the Signature Store now offers a curated selection of dog products.   

 

Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino 

Only certified service dogs are permitted.  Inquire for rules and restrictions.  

 

Holiday Inn Resort Aruba 

Certified service animals with proof of up-to-date vaccinations allowed.  Inquire ahead of time for current rules and policies for service animals.  

 

Boardwalk Boutique Hotel 

No pets allowed, however there are a couple of friendly resident cats vaccinated and cared for by the Boardwalk team that frequent the gardens on property and welcome a little scratch or cuddle from guests looking for a little furry therapy.  

 

Radisson Blue 

No pets allowed 

 

Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa & Casino 

Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa and Casino is a dog friendly establishment. Whether they have two legs or four, guests at the Hyatt Regency Aruba can expect an exceptional level of service.  Show your canine friend true VIP (very important pet) treatment. 

Your dog will receive a welcome letter, an amenity that includes a comfy bed, food and water bowls and a welcome biscuit. For added convenience, our concierge will be on-hand to provide information on nearby walking routes, pet shops, groomers, vets, and local pet friendly establishments. Reservations being made with traveling dogs are required to be completed at least 3 days in advance of arrival. 

 

Barcelo 

No pets allowed 

 

Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino 

Service dogs are allowed with prior approval by the resort. 

 

Tryp by Wyndham Aruba 

No pets allowed 

 

St. Regis Aruba 

One pet (20lb max) per room with a $250 non-refundable fee per room per stay. Inquire ahead of time for current rules and policies, as well as exceptions for service dogs.  

 

Divi Phoenix, Divi All-Inclusive, Divi Tamarijn, Divi Village 

Service dogs for disabled guests are permitted. Inquire ahead of time for current rules and policies for service animals.  

 

Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba 

Pets up to 75 pounds are allowed (maximum of two pets) for an additional fee of $75 per pet for stays of one to four nights, and $125 for longer stays. Both dogs and cats are welcome. 

 

Amsterdam Manor 

Your four-legged friend can stay for an additional fee (waived if your pet is a verified service animal). Amsterdam Manor is a pet friendly resort that understands pets are an extension of your family, gladly welcoming guests traveling with small pets and dogs. Guests traveling with pets must inform the hotel in advance and sign an agreement to adhere to hotel pet policies.  

 

La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino 

Pets are not allowed except for leader dogs for the visually impaired with prior approval of management. Exceptions for “emotional support dogs” and other service dogs can be made under the following conditions: 

  1. Prior approval of management needs to be requested. 

  1. A doctor’s note to justify the need for an emotional support dog needs to be presented for evaluation. 

  1. Official paperwork for the dog (a copy of the dog’s Health Certificate or approval from the Director of Veterinary Service of Aruba) needs to be presented for evaluation by management. 

Please note there is a $350 deep cleaning fee per room. 

 

JOIA Aruba by Iberostar 

No pets are allowed. 

 

Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa 

The resort is happy to accommodate guests traveling with dogs weighing 25 pounds or less.  There is a $300 non-refundable dog cleaning fee per stay per room, per dog ($50 from the fee will be donated to the Aruba Animal Shelter).  Contact the resort for rules and regulations.  

 

Eagle Resort Aruba 

Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed at a charge of $20 per day (no charge for service dogs). There is an additional $150 deposit.  Inquire ahead of time for current rules and policies. 

 

Renaissance (Marina and Ocean Towers) 

Service dogs for disabled guests are permitted. Inquire ahead of time for current rules and policies for service animals.  

 

Talk of the Town 

Both service dogs and small emotional support pets are welcome.  

For each pet, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $200 per stay. Guide dogs are exempt from the pet fee. Instead, a nightly charge of $20 per guide dog will apply. Contact the resort for more information, rules, and restrictions.  

 

Hyatt Place Aruba Airport 

Dogs are permitted under the following requirements: 

One dog up to 50 pounds or two dogs up to 75 pounds combined weight are allowed.  There is $75 non-refundable pet fee for a stay up to six days; $175 for stays of seven to 30 days.  

 

Tierra del Sol Resort & Golf 

Pet policies vary from the individually owned vacation rentals within this gated country club community of homes, villas, and condominiums.  Please inquire regarding the pet policy of the vacation rental when booking. 

 

RIU Palace & RIU Antilles Resorts Aruba 

Only certified service dogs are permitted.  Inquire for rules and restrictions. 

 

Marriott Courtyard

Bucuti & Tara Beach Resorts 

This resort’s Jet Set Pet program offers a luxurious stay for you and your pet with a dedicated pet concierge and even a chef-curated dog menu and nightly turndown treats.  Inquire directly with the resort for more information and regulations.  

 

Secrets Baby Beach Aruba 

Small dogs (under 22 lbs.) are welcome for a small fee per night in specific room categories. Dog-friendly amenities include a bed, bowls, a toy, and waste bags.   

 

Private Vacation Rentals 

Aruba has hundreds of private vacation rentals offered around the island.  Each property’s pet policy should be listed on their booking platform, otherwise please inquire directly with the vacation rental owner or property management company.
